This notice explains how Habitat Architecture Ltd, trading as Roger Hines Architecture, uses personal information you give us through this website.

What we collect

When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, contact details and anything you tell us about your project.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to provide our services. We don't sell or share your details for marketing, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as we need them for legal, insurance and accounting reasons.

Where it is held

Form messages are processed by our website host and delivered to our email. Both keep data securely.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@habitat-architecture.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
